Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, like whether you're signed in or which preferences you've chosen. We also use similar technologies like local storage for the same purpose.
We keep the list of cookies we use as short as possible. Here's what's in use today:
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token, bink_cookie_consent | Keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your cookie choices. | Session to 1 year |
| Functional | theme, recent-game preferences | Remember display preferences like light/dark mode. | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Reserved for future use | Would help us understand feature usage and improve Bink. No analytics cookies are currently active. | Up to 1 year |
We don't currently run analytics cookies. If we add product analytics in the future, we'll only set those cookies if you opt in through the preferences below, and we'll update this policy first.
Functional cookies remember choices like your light/dark theme preference so you don't have to set it again on every visit. Bink works without them, but the experience is less personalized.
You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose exactly which categories to allow at any time, either from the banner shown on your first visit, the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or the button below.
