BINK

Refund policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Everything on Bink is free except Bink Pro, a subscription for hosts. This page explains how cancelling and refunds work for it. Chips at Bink tables have no value, so there is never anything to refund for them.

Free in the beta

Bink Pro is free for every account while Bink is in beta and payments aren't open yet. When they open, every account gets 2 more weeks free, from the first time it uses a Pro feature after that, and we'll tell you before anything changes. Nothing is charged for the free time, and it doesn't turn into a subscription. You're only charged if you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the Bink Pro page. Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your right to cancel

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from buying to change your mind and get a refund. If you start using Bink Pro straight away, you'll be asked to agree that this right ends once you do.

If something went wrong

If you were charged by mistake, for example for a renewal you meant to cancel, email support@bink.live within 14 days of the charge and we'll look at it.

Who handles payments

Bink Pro is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as our reseller and handles payments, tax and refunds. A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle may appear on your statement.
